1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with shipment details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We use reliable courier partners to ensure prompt delivery across India.

  • Standard Shipping (Pan-India): 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Select Locations): 2–4 business days

  • Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.


5. Delays & Undeliverable Orders

  • Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
